Elizabeth's collection of campaigns & commissions - using both stills photography and moving image to advocate for conservation issues, from a range of environmental and humanitarian topics.

'Plastic Ocean'

'By 2050 there will be more plastic than fish in the ocean' - Ellen MacArthur.

This conservation campaign was based on a quote from Sylvia Earle.

In the film Mission Blue, Sylvia Earle says that she has been a witness to many species going extinct and environments being destroyed in her lifetime. This campaign is my own personal response to that, and its aim is to spread awareness of the threats to each of these species. Titled: 'I will not be a witness' I'm creating visual material to spread awareness of the greatest threats to these animals that I endeavour to protect in my lifetime.

'It's In Our Hands'

'RAW Foundation - Reusable Metal Bottle Launch'

Making Waves - Reduce, Recycle, Re-use.

Can you control the world?

Can you control the world?

Save.

This film series celebrates the work of activists, conservationists and creatives.

I chose the title ‘Save.’ as it has many connotations as a word, most people see it and use it nearly every day: save a document, save a life, or a ‘saviour.’

That is exactly what every interviewee in 'Save.' is trying to do for our Earth:  trying to save it.

It was important that this project celebrates conservationists and activists’ efforts, spreading stories of hope, from individuals who work in conservation. Human’s relationship with the environment is at a critical point and this short film series focuses on the individuals that work every day to combat this crisis in completely different ways.
